1. The author can submit the abstract via Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) Online System.
- You are required to register for an account on the CMT (if you do not already have one) where you
will find further instructions. Please log-in the MS-CMT and select the correct conference, International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Green Technology 2024, (SEGT 2024 in CMT)
2. Each author can only submit a maximum of two (2) abstracts/ presentation – limited to one (1) oral presentation and one (1) poster presentation.
- Each abstract/ paper should be registered separately.
- The second abstract/ paper is permitted for each author with additional charge.
3. The author can choose your preferred presentation mode and with or without full paper submission (full paper submission is optional). however, your preference is not guaranteed. The SEGT 2024 committee reserves the right to decide the final mode of presentation.
Submission Options for oral / poster presentation:
• Abstract only (without full paper)
• Abstract and Full Paper (without IOP-EES Conference e-Proceedings)
• Abstract and Full Paper (with IOP-EES Conference e-Proceedings)
4. Author interested to publish full paper (5 – 8 pages) in the IOP-EES Conference e-Proceedings can select this option during online abstract submission and registration with an additional fee (usual peer review policies applied). It is required to ensure the submitted paper fall withun the scope. (Refer https://iopscience.iop.org/journal/1755-1315/page/scope)

Abstract Requirements:
- Abstract title limited to 25 words.
- Well-written in English with a 200 – 300 words.
- Encourage to include the Keywords (4 – 6 keywords).
- Ensure the paper title and the author details (name, number and sequence of the co-authors) are correct.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact may be reproduced in Conference publications as typed by the author.
2. Abstract Submitter / Corresponding Author must ensure the abstract is original, not under review for presentation or publication elsewhere and has not been previously presented or published in the same form.
3. The presenting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of and agree to the content of the abstract before submission. Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance / agreement for the abstract to be published on the relevant website. Abstract Submitter / Corresponding Author (represent all the co-author/s if any) grants the Organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content.
4. The abstracts (CMT Online submission) can be edited after submission (Use the same submission number).

Abstract Review, Notification of Acceptance and Revision
1. The conference scientific committee will review the submitted abstracts to ensure they meet the criteria and are relevant to the conference’s theme or topic. They may also assess the quality and clarity of the abstract.
2. Authors are then notified through the abstract acceptance emails whether their abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference within two weeks via CMT Online system.
3. After acceptance, authors can revise and expand upon their initial abstract to create a more comprehensive and detailed version.
4. The authors should incorporate the improvement made based on the feedback received during the review process.
5. The authors must ensure the abstract adheres to the submission guidelines and prepare the camera-ready abstract.

Camera-Ready Abstract : The revised and finalized version of the *abstract. It is considered ready for publication or inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.
*Use the same abstract template and same submission number as the one you submitted the online abstract.
1. After receiving the notification of abstract acceptance emails, authors are required to prepare the Camera-Ready Abstract.
2. Prepare and submit the Camera-Ready Abstract by uploading the files (both .doc and .pdf) before 20 October 2024.
3. All the accepted and registered abstract will also be included in SEGT 2024 conference programme book and
e-proceedings. Abstracts of authors who have not registered for the conference by 10 November 2024 will not be included in the conference publication.

1. Full paper (.pdf) submission is required for review purpose. All full papers will be peer-reviewed, and accepted ones will be given options for publication in SEGT 2024 IOP-EES e-Conference Proceedings.
2. Paper title : Same as abstract title
paper text : 5 – 8 pages (.pdf format) – research paper
5 – 10 pages (.pdf format) – review paper
3. The similarity score of the full paper should be low (a similarity index below 25%, each reference less than 2% is acceptable for publication in SEGT 2024 IOP-EES e-Conference Proceedings.).

4. Good papers selected through the review process of the SEGT 2024 scientific committee – (The participants who choose the oral / poster presentation under cartegory :
• Abstract and Full Paper (without IOP-EES Conference e-Proceedings)
• Abstract and Full Paper (with IOP-EES Conference e-Proceedings).
Selected papers would be invited to be expanded for further review and published in a possible theme-based special issue for the journals (Follow the submission procedures, similarity score, paper template etc.) respectively.

For authors whose submission have been accepted for poster presentation, please download the poster template (A1 size PowerPoint) available below. This template is just to guide you. You need to print and bring your printed poster with you
when you travel to the conference venue. The conference organizers will not have poster printing services.

- The video should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides along with audio of the spoken presentation. Videos containing a shot of the speaker’s head are highly encouraged for increased engagement.
